Shipping and Returns

Damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the shipment for an authorization number and to arrange replacement or credit.  Unwanted or undamaged returns will not be accepted without prior authorization and a 20% restocking fee + freight will be charged.  Original packaging must accompany returns.  Please contact us if you would like to return an item. 

Unauthorized returns will be refused at our docks and returned to sender. Returned merchandise will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways
